I’ve always enjoyed watching non-major studio productions and Napoleon Dynamite is no exception.  If you have to time to sit down and watch the movie, do it.  It is an odd, but interesting movie, with a huge cult following.  I have not managed to describe why I like Napoleon Dynamite, but I do.  I felt similar towards another great independent movie, Ghost World.Sound of Movies - Napoleon Dynamite

Ann thought the characters where unusual and not your typical studio production.  There are some great lines and funny ideas.  Jon Heder doesn’t even closely look like the character of Napoleon Dynamite in real life at all.  Its quite funny and a different experience, where the nerds win out in the end and the cool kids are horrible.  Both Ann and I recommend taking a look at Napoleon Dynamite when you get a chance.  After all, there is a huge cult following.  Perhaps you need to find out why.  There are some great tunes too, so listen to the podcast.
