This is an enjoyable comedy film by the Broken Lizard crew. This film was first brought to my attention at one of the Tropfest Film Festivals in Melbourne quite a few years back. They were heavily promoting Super Troopers and as a result, I finally gave the movie a go several years later after settling in Virginia. Initially I actually did not think much of Super Troopers. For an unknown reason, I watched Super Troopers again and eventually a third time. By the third round I was a fan of Super Troopers. If you have seen Super Troopers and didn’t think much of it, give it several attempts. It probably came down to not being in the right frame of mind at the time of watching it the first time. Whatever the block was, it is now long gone. Super Troopers is a great comedy movie certainly worth checking out. I even added this movie to my personal DVD collection. The commentary from the Broken Lizard crew is quite informative and entertaining. Ann found Super Troopers to be bit of a crass or silly movie with potential, but still funny.
We both recommend watching it at least once. Hopefully it will not take a third time for you to enjoy it as much as I do now. Happy Viewing. Press the play button below to watch the official Super Troopers trailer.
